- USWP Referee since 1988. Active official for CWPA Varsity and USAWP. Played NCAA Water Polo for Doc Hunkler at Slippery Rock University and currently Referee Zone Chair for the Northeast Zone. Russ is a data base administrator/instructor and brings a high level knowledge and teaching experience to the faculty for the Water Polo Academy.
