Background
- Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, United States (also known as USA) , sponsors a women's water polo team.
Insights
- The team is a student directed organization with bylaws and the board maintains a budget and sets the team's policies.
- In the fall of 2014, the team, with CMU's new directives for club coaching as independent contractors, hired its first paid by CMU coach, Mark Rauterkus.
- Practice times are generally from 9 to 11 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 5 to 7 pm on Sundays.
